REFUND POLICY

Atlantic International School follows a transparent and fair refund policy.

1. Admission Fees

Admission and registration fees are non-refundable once the admission is confirmed.

2. Tuition Fees

  • If a student withdraws before the academic year begins, tuition fees may be refunded after applicable administrative deductions.
  • No refund will be provided once the academic year has commenced.

3. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 15–30 working days.

4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds in exceptional circumstances (medical or transfer cases) will be considered at the sole discretion of school management.
